Armenian
Society of Anaesthesiologists and Intensive Care Specialists has
the pleasure of inviting all interested specialists to attend the annual Armenian Congress of Anesthesiology and
Intensive Care 2022, which will take place on November 5-7, 2022 in
Yerevan, Armenia. The main sessions of the congress will be held on November
5-6 in Elite Plaza
business centre (Mantashev Ballroom and
Gulbenkian Hall+Kerkorian halls), on November 7 a workshop on ultrasound guided
regional anesthesia will be held in Erebouni Medical Centre for limited number of specialists
registered especially for this event. The congress offers an excellent
opportunity to all Armenian specialists for sharing ideas for innovation in
anesthesia, perioperative medicine, intensive care medicine and pain treatment
as well as disseminating evidence-based knowledge of primary clinical
relevance. The scientific program of the congress offers a wide coverage of
anesthesiology and its subspecialties, providing attendees with infinite
opportunities for professional development. Leading experts invited from
different countries will present their knowledge, experience and insights at
the state-of-the art lectures and debates.
Based on the previous successful experience in the
frames of the congress special sessions will be organized for nurses working in anesthesia and
intensive care departments of the republic.
Congress
organizers anticipate the active participation of all relevant specialists in
this important event with the hope that it will make its essential contribution
into their continuous professional development increasing the quality of
medical care in our republic.
The congress will be accredited by the National Accreditation
Committee of Professional Development of the Ministry of Healthcare of the
Republic of Armenia, 15 CPD theoretical credits will be awarded to
physicians and 8 CPD theoretical credits to nurses having
attended all sessions of the congress, regional anesthesia workshop
participants will awarded 6 CPD practical credits.
To evaluate the educational efficacy
of the congress pre-course and post-course tests for attendees will be run;
therefore, the organizers request the attendees to have smartphones, tablets or
laptops with internet connection if possible.
AWARDS AND PRIZES
Although both above-mentioned tests
are anonymous, the participants are encouraged to submit their names, as the
winners will be awarded prizes by
the sponsors of the congress.
Prizes will be awarded for the best clinical cases presented at the
special session of the congress as well as for the best questions asked during the question-answer sessions after the
lectures. All those having interesting clinical cases and wishing to present
them during the congress may contact the congress organizers.
